XDirections (Executive Directions) offers a unique blend of consulting, mentoring and coaching to deliver sustainable shifts in performance and development for senior organisational leaders and their teams.

We have operated since 2004 and have senior consultants in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK, as well as access to consultants and coaches across the rest of Europe and Asia Pacific through our affiliation with Academy of Executice Coaching.

Our clients are international organisational teams that are dealing with significant change; individual executives who are facing increasing complexity; high potentials who are challenging themselves to develop their capabilities; and leaders who want to take an inclusive approach to building sustainable and resilient organisations.
